Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zionsworld86@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.
